Returns are only allowed for items purchased in our Shop by Style (online store). If you wish to return an item to us, please include a copy of the invoice and mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Once you have shipped the item please email us at gh.hygge@gmail.com with your follow up so we can refund you when we receive your item Your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7-10 business days. Some banks may take longer to reflect your refund.
